In particular the campaign would seek assurances that:
- the heritage assets are safeguarded, placed in a Trust and made available as a community resource;
- access to the park is unaffected at all times;
- ‘school-run’ traffic is managed to have no detriment to park and Winter Garden visitors;
- the Winter Garden is fully renovated;
- any new build is appropriate and has no negative impact on the listed assets;
- the boundary treatment of the new school has no negative impact on open Mansion appearance of the wider Avery Hill estate.
